What They Say

Curling Stories

“I curl because it is a very accessible welcoming sport and the friendliness and respect is completely within all of the traditions in curling.”
Rachel from Edinburgh

Accessible

Curling is an accessible and inclusive sport, with opportunities and variations available to allow everyone to play on the same sheet of ice.

All Abilities

Everyone aged 8 to 80+ is able to play curling. With a number of different stages and programmes, there is a place for every level of curler.

Fun

Curling is often described as “chess on ice” due to its tactical thinking and shot making. Combine that with playing with a team of other enthusiastic curlers, everyone has fun curling!
